das Jäckchen ist fertig! / the jacket is finished!

ja, es ist fertig! Die Farben sind nicht ganz so blaustichig, schon etwas schreiend, aber es ist ja für ein Baby, oder?! Letzten Freitag war die erste Anprobe ... passt! Dann habe ich so toootal "schnüsigi" (schweizerdeutsch für schnukelig) Knöpfe gefunden. Bin ja sonst nicht so der Typ für eher kitschiges Babyzeug in zartrosa, -blau und -gelb, aber die waren einfach perfekt. Jetzt habe ich noch die Ärmel nach Mass gemacht und morgen geht es auf die Post! Da fordere ich natürlich die Fotos gleich mit ein... ;)

yes, it's finished! The colors are not as blueish as in the pics, nevertheless a little bit "screaming", but it's for a baby, right?! Last friday was the first trying on ... perfect! And I found those really sweet buttons. Usually I'm not the type of babypink, -blue or -yellow, but these fit there in so perfectly. I made the sleeves with the needed lenghth and tomorrow I'll go to the post office with a little parcel! And I want those pics wearing it for sure! ;)

...jetzt werde ich langsam wohl alt! Ich habe schon drei UFO's auf Lager! Und dabei sagte ich vor kurzem noch, dass ich immer nur an einem Projekt bin...

bridal Mehndi / Hochzeits Henna

Ich hatten meinen Schülern versprochen, nach den Ferien wieder ein "schönes" Henna Mehndi auf der Hand zu haben. Also "blieb mir nichts anderes übrig"!!! Yeah!

I promised my schoolchildren to wear after the holidays again a "beautyful" henna Mehndi on the back of my hand. So I "really" had to do it!!! Yeah!

die Zeit fliegt! / time flies!

...und schon wieder ist eine Woche vergangen seit meinem letzten Eintrag! Unglaublich, wie die Zeit fliegt! Und auch meine Strickaktivitäten leiden darunter, nicht viel mehr seit letztem Mal.
Der Rechte der Anemoi Mittens ist fertig. Allerdings sind mir einige massive Fehler unterlaufen, die ich jedoch erst gegen Ende feststellte. Tja, ich mache mal den zweiten und schaue dann, wie der geworden ist. Je nach Resultat wird der erste wieder geribbelt...

...already one week since the last thread! Incredible how time flies! My knitting projects suffer, too, not much changed til last week.
The right hand Anemoi Mitten is finished. But there are some major errors I discovered only at the end of it. Well, I'll knit the second one and depending on that one I'll decide frogging the first one again...
